Example :adding values in someones life or sharing your your daliy life and making vlogs
Making funny video doing crazy challenges reaction videos and what not you can do anything on YouTube
I hope you got the idea of any one niche
Now after finding a niche, follow your competitor let's assume 10 creators you subscribed. Look at their channel what they are doing what kind a videos they are making
One pro tip I want to share with you (at starting your channel try to makes videos which are free of cost like you don't need to put much investment on it )

Make 10 videos and upload regularly at first you don't get much views as expected put putting your heart and soul into it you definitely grow .
