As per suji Lal tunnel project head Harpal Singh the exact time of the breakthrough was 7:00 p.m. this unbelievable rescue has happened after 17 days of workers being trapped in tunnel of November 12 collapse occurred in the Tunnel from silkera to pako due to difference falling 60miters stretch on slikera side.
